Florida Lobbyist Directory Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are only issued for tangible products sold by Bellwether, Inc. Refunds are issued for damaged or defective products only. An exception may be made for duplicate orders at the discretion of Bellwether, Inc.
For all valid returns:
- All items must be returned in new, unused condition, at the purchaser's expense, within 15 days of receipt. USPS or other carrier package tracking shall serve as date and time of receipt of order.

Please include a note outlining the defect, an address for the refund check, and a valid phone number and email address should any questions arise.
- Credit is not issued. All refunds are issued by check from Bellwether, Inc. and processed within five business days of receipt of returned goods. Refund checks are valid for a period of 90 days from date of issue. Checks reissued after 90 days are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
